Shipping policy

At Uroos Creation, every saree is a one-off, single-piece item, so we take care to pack and dispatch orders quickly.

Processing Time — Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships.

Delivery Time — Orders are delivered within 4-7 business days across India. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or non-serviceable pin codes, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Charges — We offer free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India.

Where We Ship — We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Payment — All orders are prepaid — we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Issues — Since each saree is a single, limited-stock piece, please contact us right away with your order number if your item hasn't arrived within the expected window, or if there's any issue with your delivery, and we'll resolve it quickly.
