Return and Refund Policy

At Uroos Creation, we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work:

Eligibility

Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Sarees with visible signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible

Non-Returnable Cases

Change of mind after the item has been used or tags removed

Minor color variation due to screen display differences (not considered a defect)

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund once verified — no questions asked

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if preferred

How to Initiate a Return

Message us with your order number and reason for return
